Instructions for Filling Out Forms:

"Show Registration - Payment Form" This needs to be submitted for each exhibitor at the show. One Exhibitor per form. Please print out or photocopy one form for each youth you are entering. Registered entries and purebred steer entries need to provide copies of their registration forms.

Insurance:* All exhibitors with cattle at the Fryeburg Youth Show must provide a certificate of liability insurance made out to "Fryeburg Youth Show" with a minimum of $1,000,000.00 coverage. This could be a commercial or homeowners policy (make sure it covers cattle off your farm). Additionally insured "Fryeburg Youth Show April 2024, 1154 Main St., Fryeburg, ME 04037."

*Please Note This Insurance Option: Become a member of Maine Association of Livestock Exhibitors and receive limited liability insurance while exhibiting in Maine. Visit their website www.MaineLivestockExhibitors.org click on "Join" for more information and to download a membership form. (Individual $30, Family $60) See link to their website below.

• Show Registration-Payment Form
• Heifer and/or Steer Exhibitor Forms
• Copies of Registration Papers (if applicable)
• Camping Form (if applicable)
• Proof of Insurance (see info. on a low-cost insurance option below.)

*Entries postmarked after April 1st will be charged late fees.
